Star raises starting rates and initiates bonuses

Star Community® is excited to announce a heightened starting rate and pay scale for continued employment, as well as bonuses for professional growth.

  • Starting immediately, Star Community's starting rate is $18/hr., with increases up to $20/hr. within an employee's first year.
  • Employees will earn up to a $1,000 bonus plus hourly pay increase at the completion of each level of NADSP credentialing
