Dozens of individuals achieved personal milestones; including learning new skills, securing meaningful employment, and engaging more deeply in their communities.

Staff development and support
6 DSPs earned NADSP credentials in 2025, with 11 more enrolled and progressing toward certification. Plus, our enhanced onboarding and mentorship initiatives have given us a 96% retention rate at 90 days.

Equestrian Center Leadership
Two longtime members of the Equestrian Center team, one staff and one volunteer, stepped into leadership roles, strengthening program quality, consistency, and our overall capacity to serve.

Community engagement
100% of individuals receiving Meaningful Day Services transitioned into community-based supports, creating real world opportunities for connection, skill-building, and independence. Additionally, collaborations with local partners, including the Boys & Girls Club, Elks Lodge, and City of Hagerstown, expanded access to inclusive programs.
