Our Staff
Neil would not have accomplished the skills he has, had it not been for the devoted care and education he has received from the staff. The staff members have treated him with love and respect, and have provided a nurturing environment that enabled him to become the gentleman he is today. We cannot imagine his living anywhere else. There have been many over the 35 years who have touched our lives and had significant impact on Neil’s maturation. For that, we will be forever grateful.
The Pelczars
The professional support staff working at Star Community, Inc. are highly trained, dedicated and caring people responsible for enhancing the lives of the individuals we serve. We work as part of a team to provide a safe, enjoyable family environment reflective of each individual’s unique talents, desires, abilities, and interests.
While qualifications for positions vary, minimum qualifications include:
- Commitment to the mission and vision of Star Community
- Valid driver’s license which meets the requirements of Star Community and insurance regulations including but not limited to three years of driving experience
- Ability to lift and transfer
