Star Community will be hosting it's 11th annual Barnyard Jamboree fundraiser sponsored by Susquehanna Bank, HSBC, and the L. Warner Companies, and in partnership with the Washington County Antique Tractor Club! This event is a fall family festival of fun offering craft, direct sales, farm toy and food vendors, a corn maze, tractor barrel rides, carnival rides, PONY RIDES, wagon rides, a petting farm, and many other children's activities, and equestrian riding demonstrations.
Special events for Saturday include a Fishing Derby beginning at 9 a.m., Silent Auction beginning at 11 a.m., and a HAUNTED CORN MAZE, and HAUNTED HAY WAGON RIDES with the "real" theme from the Brothers Grimm, beginning at 6:30 p.m.
There will also be live music on Saturday by Stoney Creek Bluegrass Band, Lakota, and Soul'd Out, along with some karaoke in the evening. Sunday's music will be a morning worship service by Stoney Creek Bluegrass Band, and the Country Western Line Dance Association will be showing off their talents in the afternoon.
