Your support will enable STAR Equestrian Center to continue to change and enhance the lives of people participating in equine activities. We depend on the support and generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations.
Your contribution can help:
- Continue to serve 100 riders a week
- Provide excellent care for our horses
- Provide training for our instructors
- Maintain our facility
- Enhance our community outreach
STAR Equestrian Center is eligible to receive donations through United Way designated donations.
How to Help
There are many ways you can support STAR. Your gifts, no matter what form they come in, are vitally important to our work.
- Give to our Annual Fund, a letter campaign mailed out at the end of the year.
- Make a gift In Honor of or In Memory of a loved one, favorite person or couple.
- Event sponsorships are a great way for businesses to partner with Star and gain publicity by underwriting one of our fundraising events. Contact the Center Director for more information.
- Our Horse Sponsorship program supports the on-going costs of keeping our therapy horses happy and healthy.
- In-Kind gifts of goods and services are always appreciated. Just consult our Wish List (below).
- Planned Giving is an opportunity to leave a legacy. Consultation with your tax professional and/or attorney is advised.
- Matching Gifts. Many companies have a program to match their employees’ charitable contributions; check with your company’s employee benefits department.
