
Program Overview
The Director of the STAR Equestrian Center is a certified, registered PATH instructor and MD Special Olympics coach with 25 years experience teaching riding and assisting people with and without challenges to enjoy and learn about horses. Instructors of challenged riders are certified through PATH or PA Council of Therapeutic Horsemanship. Instructors that teach able riders are instructors in training through PATH or CHA and have an extensive equine background. Daily, volunteers help the center to run smoothly.

Horse Boarding Program
- We provide excellent care by knowledgeable staff
- Indoor arena, off road trails, outdoor dressage arena, round pen for use

Equi-Share Program
A fun learning experience for the horse enthusiast who wants to do more than just take lessons, or get back into riding after a long time away, or the person who is thinking about horse ownership.
